     Description 


Luxury, air conditioned / heated, ground floor, large private corner
plot garden, duplex apartment. With SKY / Satellite TV.

Situated in the peaceful urbanization of La Torreta, 500m from the
beautiful salt lake. Sleeps 4 / 6 persons.

The property is ideally located just 2 minutes walk from two nice
restaurants/bars and a convenience store and only 5/10 minutes to
the shops and harbour of Torrevieja, local beaches, 5 golf courses,
various aqua parks, tennis club, bowling alley, mini-golf, casino,
bars, restaurants, markets, shops and numerous other forms of family
entertainment.

The private / gated communal swimming pool, which has a children's
bathing section and a large sunbathing area with beautiful tables
and benches, is situated just behind the property, only 75m away.

Accommodation:
The property has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed,
ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.

The second bedroom has two single beds; ceiling fan, fitted
wardrobe, and separate wardrobe.

The kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space
(including a breakfast bar area) and includes washing machine, iron,
ironing board, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster,
kettle and various cooking and dining utensils.

A door from the kitchen leads you to a spacious outside drying and
storage area.

The spacious, air conditioned, through lounge / dining room consists
of dining table and chairs, TV, SKY TV, DVD Player, music system,
many DVD movies and CD'S for all the family, playing cards and
children's board games. There's a settee which opens up into a
double bed, armchair, coffee table, and various other extras.

SKY / Satellite TV: The property has SKY / Satellite TV in the
lounge. Available channels include the following:
Sky Movies, TCM Movies, Sky Sports 1, 2 and 3, Premiership Plus,
MTV, UK Gold, UK Food, UK Drama, UK Style, UK Drama, UK History, UK
Living, Discovery, Sky One, Sky News, FX 289, Nickelodeon for kids
and more, plus UK Channels BBC 1, ITV 1, 2 and 3, Channel 4 and a
selection of English radio stations.

At the front of the property there's a private, tiled terraced area,
which is ideal for total relaxation.

The terraced area leads onto the private, large, corner plot garden,
with views to the swimming pool.

Garden furniture consists of two sun loungers, two tables and six
chairs, allowing you to either soak up the Mediterranean sun shine
or (if you prefer) to relax in the shade.



 

     Amenities 


The property is in a very peaceful location. The private / gated
communal swimming pool is situated just behind the property, only
75m away. The large swimming pool incorporates a safe small
children's swimming area. The swimming pool is surrounded by an area
ideal for relaxing / sunbathing.

The property is located only 500m from the beautiful salt lake where
you can relax and take a therapeutic mud bath.

There are many amenities situated within walking distance of the
property, these include:

Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Italian restaurant,
traditional Spanish tapas bars, local shops, traditional English,
Irish and Scottish bars, pizzeria, traditional English fish & chip
shop, super market which sells English products, medical centre,
doctors, dentist, pharmacist, hair dressers, and many other local
amenities.

If you require more quality night life then Torrevieja centre /
harbour is the place to visit. It has numerous clubs, bars,
restaurants and shops. All are within easy reach of our property.

You can reach Torrevieja centre / harbour and beaches by either
using the regular bus service, local taxi service, car or a relaxing
stroll.

There's a nearby (only 100m from our property) private and safe
bicycle / walkway. This takes you directly from our urbanisation /
property through to Torrevieja and its beaches etc.

The property is situated approximately 25 minutes drive from
Alicante airport and 20 minutes drive from Murcia airport.

If you enjoy your stay in our apartment and would like to book again
we will guarantee you a 10% discount on your next booking. If you
refer a friend to book our property we will either give them a 10%
discount, or send you a cheque for 10% of their holiday cost/price.

Welcome pack, information book and maps of the area are provided.

If you are looking for a long term rental we can offer this to you
at a reduced price. The property is in the much sought after area of
La Torreta (with large villas costing up-wards of a million Euros)
and therefore ideal for long term rentals, especially if you are
looking to re-locate to Spain.

10% of second week's rental if you book 14 days or more. Special discount for long term rentals, please ask for details. From £90 - £260 per week. Reduced 19th February - 5th March £70.00 per week 16th April - 12th May £140 per week 6th June - 18th June £140.00 per week January 1st - April 4th £90 Per Week April 5th - June 30th £160 Per Week July 1st - July 23rd £180 Per Week July 24th - September 3rd £260 Per Week September 4th - October 1st £180 Per Week October 2nd - October 18th £100 Per Week October 18th - December 23rd £120 Per Week December 24th - December 31st £160 Per Week A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your rental booking. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period. The £100 will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, subject to no breakages / damage and on the return of our properties keys. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period. Our key holder will clean the property before your arrival, clean bed linen and towels will be provided for you. She will again clean the property at the end of your stay ready for our next guests. Due to this a 40 Euros cleaning charge is required, payable on the day of arrival or during your stay, to our key holder. If more than 4 persons are in your rental party (up to a maximum of 6 persons) an additional £20 for each extra person, per week, is required. All bed linen and towels are freshly supplied. Unfortunately beach towels are not supplied. We would prefer you not to smoke inside the property, however it is permitted on the private terrace and (obviously) in the garden using ashtrays provided. If required a safety deposit box can also be used during your stay, the cost of this is 2 Euros per day. This is payable when you pay the full balance of your rental price. If requested travel cot's can also be arranged for the duration of your stay for a small charge by local hire company. Sorry but no pets are allowed. Airport transfers can be arranged for approximately 35/40 Euros. Alternatively we could arrange car hire for you. We recommend renting a car as this will let you fully appreciate and explore the surrounding areas.
