This distinctive house in the residential section of Rio Vermelho is
about 100 yards away (one block) from the Atlantic Ocean situated by
a small cove beach and a fisherman's beach. The Iemanja House is
nearby, where the February Festival to Iemanja takes place as well as
the Seafarers boat procession in January. The house sits on a corner
lot with specially painted gates on the windows to provide security.
The front gates also enclose a parking space for your car. There are
numerous special details in the house including black and white tile
floors in the living room and dining rooms, hard wood doors,
exquisite wood and tile finish in the kitchen and dining rooms, a
back office space and specially designed floors to aid in cleaning
and maintenance. There is a huge "breakfast room" in the service area
that can be used for family meals brunch converted into a play space
for children.

The three bedrooms are on the second floor and are connected to the
main living space by a staircase that has a marble-like surface.
