     Description 


Casa Sunflower is a luxury villa located on the edge of the Andalucia
town of Coín in the heart of the Costa del Sol only 25 mins from
Malaga Airport and 20 mins to the nearest beach.

The villa is furnished and presented to the highest standards all
with modern taste and design. The villa is fully equipped with the
latest appliances and gadgets.

Privately owned we pride ourselves in providing you everything you
could require for you holiday, we have added a lot of personal
touches and extras for you to make you feel at home and welcome.

For kid’s young and old we have a toy box and play station. We have
Sat TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs, for dining we have
three areas to choose from inside lounge dining area, upper terrace
or the poolside BBQ area.

Our bedrooms are fully prepared for you with full linen service and
guest towels. With air conditioning with cooling and heating
available. The master bedroom opens onto a terrace with spectacular
unspoilt views.

Our Villa is located on the exclusive Sierra Gorda urbanization.
South facing with spectacular and breathtaking views of the
Gualdaforce valley overlooking the nearby towns of Coin and Alhaurin
el Grande. The colour of the valley changes throughout the seasons
from the green winter to the yellows of high summer, during the day
the villages in the distance look like small white Lego bricks and at
night the lights sparkle like stars.

The glitz and glamour resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less
than 30min drive via the new coastal link road.



 

     Amenities 


Lounge and Dining area.
Large lounge and dining area, leading on to two terraces facing to
the east and west for morning and afternoon sun. Both terraces
overlook the pool with spectacular views of the surrounding
countryside.

The lounge is fully equipped with widescreen TV, DVD, Sat TV.

There is a double sofa bed for two people.

Dining
In the lounge there is a separate dining area with capacity and
setting for up to 8 people. If you prefer dining alfresco you can use
the dining area’s on the terrace or by the pool.

The lounge and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with cooling and
heating available.

Sun loungers are provided on the terraces.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes, with
views and windows leading onto the terrace.


Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and views to the
mountain behind.


Kitchen
There is a fully equipped Kitchen with all the latest timesaving,
energy efficient appliances and gadgets that you could expect to find
in a luxury villa.

For your use there is a full table and glass service for eight
people, We have tried to provide everything that you could possibly
need in the kitchen to make your stay enjoyable.

These include Washing machine, fully integrated dishwasher, ceramic
hob with induction rings, full size oven and grill, fridge freezer,
Microwave with grill, Kettle, Coffee maker, and Iron.

Bathroom
Large family bathroom with bath (shower over) WC, and a further
separate shower area.


Cloakroom
There is a separate cloakroom with Wc

Pool House Apartment
There is a further one bedroom Pool apartment available as an
optional extra, This forms part of the Basement area and leads out on
to a private terrace at the pool side. The accommodation has a
Lounge, 1 bedroom with En-suite bathroom. There is a Sofa in the
lounge and Twin beds for the bedroom.The apartment is available at an
additional 150 Euro per weekfor any season. THS IS NOT LET WITHOUT
THE MAIN VILLA. Our guests are assured of full private and sole use
of the villa, pool and grounds for any booking.



 

     Attractions 


Coín is one of the Andalucian towns that have yet to be touched by
the tourist boom. It is just far enough from the coast to be out of
reach of the high-rise hotels. The beautiful village of Coín is
located at the cross-roads between Marbella and Mijas and is accessed
by a brand new road network. Coín nightlife is good with something to
suit all tastes, from traditional tapas bars and bodegas and good
restaurants to modern air conditioned wine bars. You will find it far
cheaper than in the major tourist areas and there is something for
every age group. To it's credit, Coín is one of the few places close
to the Costa's that remains reasonably intact so far as 'Spanish-
ness' goes. It is a place full of history and fame. Although in a
rural setting just a 5 min from our villa is the new shopping
village of “La Trocha” opened summer 2004. La Trocha has brought a
superior quality of life to the area. The Mall houses more than 60
well-respected shops including the eminently popular El Corte Ingles
Supercor, and the Coast’s favorite Dunnes store - Irelands answer to
Marks & Spencer - with a formidable reputation for stocking a
comprehensive selection of clothes, food and homeware from across the
channel. A 7 screen cinema (showing films in Spanish and English),
American-style bowling alley and a variety of restaurants and
eateries to suit all tastes and budgets can all be found in this
dynamic commercial centre.
