Swallow Cottage consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area
with woodburning stove and patio doors to small garden and patio, 1
ground floor double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a further 2
bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is covered parking for 2 or 3
cars adjacent to the cottage.

The well equipped kitchen includes electric cooker, refrigerator,
microwave and toaster. Logs are supplied for the woodburning stove
and there are electric heaters in all rooms. There is a washing
machine in a nearby building.
