Millers House is a spacious heritage listed, circa 1859, self
contained stone cottage of great character set in the heart of
historic Mintaro in South Australia's Clare Valley wine region, a
pleasant 90 minute drive north of Adelaide.

Amenities

The house has 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has
a double bed and 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds). All
linen is provided.

There is a cosy sitting room, a large separate dining room and well
equipped country kitchen. The house has original slate floors and
there are open wood fires in the living rooms. There are wide shady
slate verandahs around the house offering fine rural views.
Breakfast provisions will be in the pantry for you.
The cottage is quietly located in the historic Mintaro township and
you can walk to the restaurants and wineries in the town.

Attractions

Please follow the historic walking trail around Mintaro and visit
some of the 30 wineries of the Clare and Polish Hill Valleys.
Walk or cycle the 26km Riesling trail between Auburn and Clare.
Visit Martindale Hall, a Georgian mansion featured in the
film "Picnic at Hanging Rock".
