     Description 


Large and extremely charming village house dating 1608, completely
restored in the local "Provencal" style with lovely private garden and
small pool. Modern comfort and all amenities. Fully furnished and
equiped. Sleeps 8 (four bedrooms, three bathrooms).

Small but very lovely and totally private (secluded) garden facing
directly south and with a view over the surrounding hills and
countryside. Neighbours on each side (no overlooking). Brand new pool
built in with counterflow current to swim and exercise, jacuzzi
and sun deck. It is secured by officialy approved electrical safety
cover
Plenty of outdoor furniture including easychairs and hammoc. Barbecue.
Two adult bicycles are at your disposal. Garage for middle size car.

The house is not isolated and therefore very safe. It benefits from a
state of the art alarm system with TV surveillance.

Rental periods and rates: January - Easter 950 euros inc. central heating Easter - end of June 1400 euros inc. central heating (i.n) July - August 1800 euros inc. pool September 1400 euros inc. pool October 1200 euros inc. pool (i.n) November - December 950 euros inc. central heating Christmas and Easter 1200 euros inc. central heating Rental conditions: Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros. Priority will be given to rentals of two weeks or more during July and August. Payment of 25% upon reservation, balance due 30 days before rental starts. Deposit of Euros 1000 upon arrival will be refunded within 10 days after your stay subject to possible pending bills or damage. Discount for longer stays can always be discussed. Booking Notes: 25% deposit to secure booking (Not refundable unless exceptional circumstances and at owner's discretion.) Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to rental. Cancellation refunds: Deposit is not refundable, except under very exceptional circumstances at the owner's discretion.. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund Changeover Day: Change over on Saturdays.
