Description

This one bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor ideally
sleeps 2 people, but has a double inflatable bed (with electric
pump) for a third person.The bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan,
large double wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps.
Bathroom: Small bath with shower over, hand wash basin, toilet and
vanity mirror with lights.
Kitchen consists of washing machine, 4 ring hob, oven, mocrowave,
sandwich toaster, fridge/freezer, toaster kettle iron, ironing
board, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Dining table and 2
chairs..
The lounge has a large ceiling fan, leather sofa, wall units, TV,
DVD player, CD player,double doors leading to a large patio, with
table four chairs a parasol.
Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly.

Amenities

On site is a beautiful swimming pool (seperate section for children)
with sunbeds, poolside bar (serving snacks).
Tennis court (charge payable locally) and childrens play area.
Reception area with currency exchange facility and internet
facility. Lounge with large screen TV. (On site laudrette is
situated on the 2nd floor). (Lift to all floors)
Entertainment: Activities programme, live music and shows. Karaoke
and Quiz nights also held.

Attractions

The apartment is situated in the heart of Caleta De Fuste with its
large selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a few
minutes walk away and only a 5 minute stroll to the sandy beach.
The Golf course is only 5 minutes by taxi, and the airport only a 10
minute drive away.

Rates

Prices are: 1 week £175 - 2 weeks £340. (Based on 2 people sharing, 
extra occupant charged at £20 per week per person)
There is a non refundable deposit of £50 per week to secure the 
booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
A deposit is required for the keys (refunded on return of keys)
