Family Room:
An enormous area for everyday family living that offers style and
comfort. Overlooking the pool a bright and sunny room lets you relax
and wind down with plenty of entertainment, there is a large screen
plasma cable TV with DVD/Video and CD player a choice of movies and
disks for your enjoyment plenty of large comfy sofas and chairs ,
coffee tables and special lighting plus this room is tiled.

Dining Room:
A lovely decadent dining room is beautifully laid out for you to
have casual family dining or a more formal dinner as opposed to
using the other dining areas inside and outside of the home.

Kitchen:
The large open plan kitchen comes with all mod cons in fact
everything that can make mums job ( lets face it its normally her
doing all the work !!) a lot easier from all cutlery, crockery and
cooking utensils there is nothing this kitchen does not supply (
except the food of course !!!) just behind the kitchen is the
utility room which caters for a full size washing machine and tumble
dryer plus iron and ironing board.

The breakfast nook is in the perfect spot so you can watch what is
going on out at the pool while having meals at the table and four
chairs, we also provide a couple of bar stools for extra convenience.

Master Suite:
The master bedroom has been luxuriously furnished with a sumptuous
US Queen bed ( UK King size) and matching furniture with masses of
drawer and closet space. There is cable TV and a telephone for your
use and direct access to the pool area thru sliding doors. Off the
bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity units
large roman bath and family size walk-in-shower plus a separate
toilet.

Master Suite 2:
A delightful second US Queen bedroom ( UK King size)again comes with
cable TV and plenty of drawer and closet space, this bedroom has
access to its own bathroom with large walk-in-shower, toilet and
vanity basin and leads out to the pool area.

Bedroom 3:
A third US Queen bedroom ( UK King size)at the front of the house is
stylish and bright and again has plenty of drawer and closet space
for your expanding shopping !!!!!! and a cable Tv.

Bedroom 4:
This bedroom is beautifully decorated with muted tones for
relaxation and offers 2 single/twin beds, next door is the third and
final bathroom with a bath tub and shower over plus toilet and
vanity basin.

Bedroom 5: Kids Delight !!!!!!!!!!!!
Heaven is how the younger members of the family describe this room
it is superbly finished with a trendy tri bunk in the Disney tones
of red and blue, a real funky Mickey TV set and a Playstation 2
games console. On the walls are excellent art work depicting Disney
characters there are lots of toys, games and books for the younger
generation here to enjoy as well as mum and dad.

Games Room:
Here we offer something different to other rental homes a fantastic
games room offering you a leather sofa for relaxation until its your
turn to pot the balls on the full size slate professional
pool/billiards table. A fooseball/football table is also on offer
and try to hit the bullseye on the electronic darts game board. This
room is full air conditioned for a cool atmosphere all round.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi/Spa
Wow what can I say this is a stunning extension to the interior of
the home as we know how much people wish to enjoy the Florida
sunshine !! The extended deck gives you more room to pull out the
high quality padded loungers and chairs and move around, the 30ft
swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/spa has underwater lighting for
evening swimming and a child safety net if required. The large
covered lanai houses a table and 6 chairs as well for all that al-
fresco dining. The whole area is fully screened and there is
suitable landscaping for extra privacy at the rear and as this area
is elevated there are no rear neighbours looking into your pool.
Pool/spa heating is available as an option and is only normally
required from November -April although of course you can have it any
time of the year to take off the chill, we do have a thermal blanket
for the cooler months as well for your extra convenience.

Miscellaneous
The local management are on hand 24/7 should you need them.
On site facilities include a fully equipped gym and clubhouse plus a
childrens play area and a volleyball court all free of charge for
guests.
