bedroom en-suite and main bathroom. It has an open plan kitchen,
dining and living room the kitchen looks out over the golf course.
There is an open fire and cable t.v.in the living room. It is

Wonderful Restaurants and Pubs with music
The houses are set on a headland on the golf course which overlooks
the ocean and there are wonderful views of the Hook lighthouse and
the bay. The quaint fishing village and beach of Dunmore East is a
five minute walk. Golfers can get reduced fees at the golf course,
which also has a bar a restaurant and is 50 yards from the house.
There are two parts to the village, the Strand and the Harbour.
There are nice restaurants and pubs in the village which serve lunch
and dinner. There is also a very nice cafe which serves breakfast
and lunch.

Within easy reach of Tramore, Passage East, Hook Head and the
Comeragh Mountains.

Dunmore East Golf Club overlooks the village of Dunmore East, with
panoramic views of the village, and bay, the Hook Peninsula and
Waterford Harbour Estuary. This course promised to offer you idyllic
surroundings, fresh clean sea air, combined with stimulating and
challenging golf for both the high and low handicap golfer.

Waterford & Dunmore East Sea Safari
The safaris are run using a ten meter RIB fully insured and licensed
by the Department of the Marine. All twelve passengers are provided
with lifejackets and waterproof clothing.

Dunmore East Adventure Centre
It is renowned for its idyllic sailing & watersports conditions, as
well as being a popular holiday resort. The Adventure Centre
provides land & water-based outdoor activities for both the complete
beginner and the practiced expert.

Dunmore East Bluegrass Festival
The 11th annual Dunmore East Bluegrass Festival takes place in
August every year.

Dunmore East Green Dragon Festival
A fusion of Welsh/Irish music and art. The Green Dragon Festival,
started in 2004, aims to present and promote some of the finest
traditional and roots music currently to be found in Ireland and

Bird Watching in Dunmore East
Many noisy Kittiwake nest in the steep cliffs overlooking Dunmore
East harbour. This is one of the very few urban locations that

work almost through the eyes of the artisans.

Waterford Viking Show
This lively show is a 90-minute celebration of the Citys Viking
heritage through music, song, dance, storytelling and humour. The
show is staged in the famous Waterford Museum of Treasures at the
Granary.

Waterford Greyhound Stadium
Kilcohan Park is Waterfords premier night time entertainment

Waterford Light Opera Festival: Competitive festival for amateur
