Quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath open concept kitchen/livingroom with large
fireplace. In the beautiful Tonto forest with nearby views of the
Mogollon rim. Direct access to hiking/4 wheel trails. East Verde
river flows nearby with fishing/wading and swimming. Hike to the
nearby waterfalls or venture to the Natural bridge. Shop in the
quaint shops in the town of Payson 7 miles away or enjoy the
abundant restaurants and night life.

Amenities

Washer/Dryer, stove top burners, outside barbeque, bedding, towels,
dishes, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot/cold running water,
basic satalite TV outdoor table and chairs.

Attractions

Walk along the East Verde River, hike to nearby waterfalls, visit
the Waterwheel, Natural Bridge, Payson Town Lake which are all
nearby. Small towns of Strawberry and Pine are within a 15-20 mile
drive. Drive the beautiful Mogollon rim road stop along the way and
see spectackular views. Bring your 4 wheeler and explore the many
trails (fire season permitting) surrounding the cabin area.

Rates

Payment types are personal check (check must clear before confirmation is sent), money order or PayPal. $120.00 night 2 night minimum $50.00 deposit $500.00 per week $150.00 deposit required for 1 week stay. $1600.00 mmonthly $500.00 deposit required for a month stay. A confirmation will be sent when depost has been received. Cancellations must be given 30 days before arrival or you forfit your full deposit NO EXCEPTIONS.
