Our Rates PEAK SEASON - June 1 - September 30 / December 21 - January 1 Weekly $1052 CDN LOW-SEASON October 1 - December 20 / January 2 - May 31 Weekly $873 CDN Payment Information - We accept Visa, Master Card. Interac Email money transfer (Canada only) - Rates quoted in Canadian funds - Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy. - Cancellation penalties apply, details provided upon request - Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy. - 12% Federal Tax included in rates for stays of less than 30 days. - No taxes on stays of 30 nights or more. Cancellation Policy Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee. Travel insurance is recommended to cover accommodation costs if unforeseen circumstances arise. Other Information - Maximum occupancy 4 - Suite is non-smoking - Your suite is cleaned and ready for occupancy upon your arrival - Additional housekeeping service is available by request for a nominal additional charge. - Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
