level has 2 bdr. 1 bath and kitchen w/living dining area. Middle
level has 2 bdr. 1 bath and sitting room with pullout sofa and
kitchenette. Lower level has 1 bdr 1 bath with full kitchen and
living area. Wrap around porches on every level. Gas grill. 2
porch swings. Campfire area. Absolute heaven!

Amenities

Includes all linens, dishes, cooking utensils, television w/cable,
DVD system, (good selection of movies is available), wireless
internet, and more. Grocery shopping available upon request.

Rates

$225 per night for entire home. $1500 per week. $7000 per month. B& B available at $85 per night. Higher rates for fall season and peak summer times apply. Payment is due at time of booking. Visa and Mastercard accepted. $60 cleaning fee for entire home, or $20 per floor rented. Refunds are given if space can be rebooked less an administration fee of $25.
