The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. We don’t
charge extra for the use of a pot or a TV - it’s all there for you to
use. Read a book, watch a video if it takes your fancy!

The building is of the highest standard, with secure access to
grounds and facilities. Apartment 2202 enjoys the use of swimming
pools, a designated under-ground car park space and lift.

The living areas offer high quality furniture, a fully equipped
kitchen, video/DVD/CD player. There is hot and cold air conditioning
to allow for a truly comfortable stay.

There are two bedrooms, both offering flexible accommodation. There
are two bathrooms, a sitting room with dining area, and immediate
access to private terrace. A spiral staircase leads to another much
larger roof terrace with sun loungers, ‘al fresco’ dining table and
chairs overlooking superb panoramic views of the pool, gardens and
further away the ocean.

Thanks for taking the time to read all about our Spanish apartment
located a short distance from Cabopino harbour and Las Chapas.
Marbella town is but ten minutes drive. It’s our home away from home,
so we hope you’ll agree that it offers a bit more than just your
typical Costa del Sol rental.

Our apartment is part of a small self contained community established
in 2003. If you are looking for sun, sea, great food shopping or
nightlife or even just somewhere to have a glass of Rioja and watch
the stars then we’re sure the apartment is just what you’re after. It
is set in spacious, established gardens, the most extensive in the La
Reserva Community.

We are located 12km east of Marbella and 2km from Cabopino yacht
marina on the Costa del Sol. The apartment can be reached by motorway
directly from Malaga Airport in less than half an hour.

Within a short ride in the car you have Cabopino harbour, old
Marbella town and Puerto Banus as well as over 50 golf courses and a
host of child friendly and child focused activities. A bit further a
field you can explore the rest of the Andalusian countryside
including Ronda, Granada, Seville and Cordoba as well as the many
other "White Villages".

La Reserva De Marbella is close to Las Chapas beach and many other
fine beaches along the coast. Needless to say, the quality of the
restaurants, bars and shops along the coast are second to none.



We are happy to long and short lets. Current weekly prices are £250 per week January, February and March £300 per week April, May and June £400 per week July, August and Sept Additonal days by seperate negotiation, includes bills. Longer lets earn substantail discounts (over three weeks). Optional currency alternatives (eg pay in Euros at the apartment) Pick up and drop off can be arranged if required.
