We offer 6 confortable apartments for 2 to 5 people in an ancient
rural building and 2 charming double bedrooms in an XVI century villa
in a farm with significant production of D.O.C. wines, organic kiwi
and grains. All the larger apartments are provided with fireplace,
washmachine, dishwasher and direct access to a private garden.All the
apartments have sat TV and direct phone. We are only 10 minutes from
Udine and Cividale, 1 hour from the beaches and 1 hour from different
sky resorts. At all our guest's free disposal a large whirlpool and a
sauna.

The right place for people wishing to stay far from the crowd and
interested in discovering the great number of historical, naturalistic
and artistic spots in a beatutiful and unspoiled region which is a
crossroad od the latin, german and slavic traditions.

Rates

Apartments for 2 cost 60 EUROS per night; apartment for 4 cost 85
EUROS per night (all year round); double bedrooms in the villa 65
EUROS per night (from may to october). Extra bed 10 EUROS per night. 
Breakfast 6 EUROS per person per day.
