integrates functional areas into one magnificent gathering place for
your special event. The 35" X 35" grand room leads to a 30-foot
patio overlooking private, park-like grounds.

PH Estate is a unique Vacation Home and Venue rental available for
Family Vacation, Reunion, Showers, Graduations, Sweet Sixteen,
School re-union, Corporate Functions and any Private Parties and
Special Events; Specially perfect Engagements and Rehearsal Dinners
and for small Weddings for 80-120 guests.

The private setting accommodates both outdoor and indoor events. It’s
truly one of a kind place in that it allows you to design your own
event. Bring your own ideas, decorate your own way and even bring
your own caterer. If you would like, we will provide a list of local
caterers which you can choose to make your event fit within your
tastes. We invite you to enjoy the many pleasures of our gracious
estate and make your special event memorable at the PH Estate.

With 7 bedrooms and private baths, a full functional modern kitchen,
indoor pool, movie theater and game room, it accommodates up to 20
overnight guests and hold in-door receptions for 50-100 guests.
Outdoor tented reception can accommodate up to 120+ guests

P&H Estate is made available to you at very affordable rates with 3
simple packages covering 3 days week-end, weekly or monthly. It is
also available for rental on a daily basis upon request.

VACATION RENTAL RATES Include 6 guest suites (6 Queen-size beds) plus a Master Suite (King size), all rooms and venues on the first floor, outdoor patios and grounds. MAY to OCTOBER: Saturday: $1,500, Friday or Sunday:$1,200, 3-days week end: $2,900 NOV. to APRIL: Saturday: $1,200, Friday or Sunday:$1,000, 3-day week end: $2,400 Weekly: $3800 Check-in & Check-out: Flexible WEDDING RENTAL RATES: P&H Estate can serve weddings ranging from 75 to 100 (seated) guests in-door, and up to 150 outdoor. EVENT RATES: $1800 - In-door Hall Rental. Includes the entire First Floor, with Bridal suite and bride maids suite, Cocktail room, Buffet room and seat down dinner room, and indoor or outdoor Wedding ceremonial & Grounds.
