Romantic Luxury penthouse with ocean and marina views
Casa Vista is a romantic penthouse located on the coast of the
Riviera Maya, in an exclusive gated community, just a 5 minute walk
to a gorgeous white sand beach. This 2 Master bedroom 2 1/2 bath
penthouse is very spacious and includes a large roofgarden with
built in seating, a hammock, tables, chairs, lounges and a sink.
Relax in the hammock while enjoying breathtaking views of the cruise
ships sailing to Cozumel or turn and soak up the sunset over the
beautiful private marina.

Puerto Aventuras is a world class residential community resort
located in the heart of the Riviera Maya on the Mexican Caribbean.
Riviera Maya is home to some of the finest white sand beaches in
Mexico. Here you will find a magical blend of lush tropical beauty
with an easygoing yet sophisticated life style. Pamper yourself with
a unique experience. Puerto Aventuras marina is a full service
marina with facilities for vessels up 100 feet. Puerto Aventuras is
a quiet alternative to the noisy, crowded Playa Del Carmen. It is
centrally located, has an international selection of restaurants and
is safe - with a 24-hour security patrol. All the restaurants use
bottled water and purified ice. Activities include golf, tennis,
diving and there are a few small shops selling local crafts, a
pharmacy and two small grocery stores.

and much more

Bursting with scenic and natural wonders, the Riviera Maya is taking
shape as Mexico's most unique vacation area. The pace is relaxed and
perfect for the escapist looking for a bit of adventure. This region
is made up of small independent communities providing infinite
possibilities for exploration and enjoyment. The second largest reef
system in the world, the Great Maya Reef, runs along the coastline
and a jungle surrounds the towns and beaches. A unique and complex
underground river system flows beneath the surface and surprises
visitors with magical caverns, caves, and cenotes (caverns that open
to the sky). There are also hundreds of archaelogical sites,
remnants of the incredible and timeless Mayan civilization, and a
spectacular and plentiful marine life.

What to Do ?

Playa del Carmen is the largest town in the Riviera Maya. While it
still has the atmosphere of a small fishing village, there are also
elegant hotels, restaurants, and open-air shops along the
waterfront. In Puerto Aventuras, the first resort town built in the
Riviera Maya, visit the shipwreck museum which houses interesting
colonial artifacts that have been found along the area's reefs. In
Xcaret (ish-karet), you can swim with the dolphins and snorkel
through an underground river. Xel-Ha is a wonderful eco-park in
which to spend time swimming, snorkeling, or discovering one of the
world's largest natural aquariums. The ancient Mayan city of Tulum,
built on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean, is one of the prettiest
archaelogical sites in Mexico.

Dining and Entertainment
Puerto Aventuras and the Riviera Maya offer some fine international
and local dining cuisines. Something for all tastes.
In order to make sure the privacy of residential areas prevails, all
gourmet and commercial activities as well as attractions were
concentrated in the heart of the resort. In result what we see today
is an open air food court of international restaurants with assorted
cuisines intermingled with shops and boutiques and overlooking an
area destined as home to resident dolphins and sea lions.
After a day of leisure or full of adventure, fresh lobster and fine
wine, homemade pasta, or a taco at a small Mexican restaurant will
satisfy every palate. Coffee in the Riviera Maya, be it espresso or
regular, is the very best in Mexico and easy to find. Nightlife in
Playa del Carmen can be either quiet or exciting, depending on one's
tastes. Enjoy all kinds of music from reggae, rock, and jazz to
salsa and African drums.
