     Attractions

You probably already know about the magic of Nuevo Mexico. This space
offers you a most comfortable home, only slightly off the beaten
track. Relax.

And even if you do know the magic of these lands, read The Milagro
Beanfield War
as a good refresher in the power of the spirit.

I will be glad to answer your questions by email or phone, and have
provided a number of local publications and some books for your
further research once you have arrived al Torreon. Feel free to stop
me once I get going; I love to share my love of la tierra de los
norteños.

     Rates

Regular high season rates are: $600/week, plus refundable cleaning deposit; $1150/2 weeks, plus refundable cleaning deposit; $1650/month, plus refundable cleaning deposit. Shorter stays are available at $125 per day for one or two nights, please inquire as to my sliding scale. I will be happy to lease this property for $1500/month with year long lease, plus refundable cleaning deposit. For the month of December ONLY I will discount 20% on the above rates. On those ocassions that I do not have guests booked, I will sometimes discount for a last minute stay. I am putting 4 children through college, in part on the income the Tower brings in. Be gentle, be kind, and perhaps I can offer you such a discount. But wait too long, and the Tower may be booked! I will accept PayPal, but only if my expense if kept to a minimum. Sorry, but at present I am not set up to accept Credit Cards. But if you must, I will look into it through friends. I will try to work with any situation.

     Home Exchange

I do like to travel, and so would consider an exchange.

I have never done so before, but if you have some space to share or
exchange, let's talk.

I am a single man who works as an artist/writer/photographer. I have
a
great respect for people and their space. In other words, an easy
person with whom to share.

Exchange need not be simultaneous. I would be interested in returning
to Europe, Central or South America, and many places in the US. I am
particularly interested in Prague, Central and Southern Europe, but
open to all possiblities.
