Description

This holiday cottage (100sqm) can sleep 6+ people in 3 separate
bedrooms, 1 double downstairs, one double and 1 twin upstairs and a
mezzanine double bed-area upstairs. The shower-room and separate
toilet are downstairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen area also
containing a dishwasher and a washing machine. The combined
living/dining area has a CD player and TV(French only)video and DVD.
CD's and videos/DVDs can be rented from us. There is plenty of
comfortable furniture. We also provide an iron and hairdryer.

La Vigne has its own terrace and BBQ area facing the vines in the
garden only a short distance from the Hot Tub and alarmed swimming
pool 16 x 14 metres which guests staying here share with any B&B
guests in La Source (max of 4 in B&B) Generally the pool is only used
by La Vigne guests.

Prices are inclusive for all linen and towels, including pool towels,
electricity and gas costs.

Child minding services and meal deliveries are also available - you
might need a break too!

Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher too.

There is a TV with Video and DVD as well as Playstation 2 console.
A CD player as well.

Beds are made up for your arrival, and linen and towels are changed
weekly. This is included in the price.

The cottage has adsl wifi internet connection and use of a laptop
computer.

Attractions

The area is about wine tasting and eating good food.

We can arrange winetasting visits to local vineyards.

Plenty to do and see in the area, including the nearby UNESCO World
Heritage Sie of St.Emilion.

Rates

Low season rates start from 300 euros. Prices are fully inclusive of all utilities, linens and towels. A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. We accept payments via paypal, bank transfers or sterling or euro cheques.
