Reflecting demand and offering stays as short as 30 consecutive days, we need to reflect the
difference in demand, in our rates. So we operate on a 2 Season Rate structure.
RATES: In Canadian Dollars:
Low Season: October 16th - April 30th. Rent is $3,300.00/month
High Season: May 01st - October 15th. Rent is $3,800.00/month
Both Seasons, there is a no mark up monthly utilities reimbursement fee of $217.00/month
To secure a rental, we require a British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act based rental contract be
signed and initialed and submitted with both a $1,920.00 refundable Damage Deposit and a Post Move
Out Clean Up Fee of $192.00 (not refundable)
Rent is due prior to the beginning of the occupancy and prior to the beginning of all subsequent
months of occupancy.
All payments are to be in cash, bank transfers, Interac, PayPal or Western Union fund transfers.
Fees apply to all but cash payments.
Cancellation Policy: 60 Days
Reservations not cancelled 60 days prior to the proposed occupancy date, will be billed the full
stay, total amount. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds
can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your contracted duration, less a
administrative fee of $300.00, to recover administrative overhead costs.
