town centre (Incisa in val d'Arno) and 20 minutes from Florence,

It is situated on the border of Chianti Classico only 19kms south of
Florence with easy access to the A1 highway.

The property has easy access to all amenities, many excellent
restaurants and typical tuscany taverns for eating out.
It offers impressive panoramic views of the River Arno Valley and
part of the Apennine Mountains.

Bellavista benefits from its own private pool, park and private
parking. All eleven apartments are situated around the lovely 16 x 8m
pool offering superb panoramic views. The pool is equipped with
shower, tables, chairs and umbrellas. It is illuminated at night
which provides a wonderfuly romantic setting.

All eleven apartments offers stunning country views and are furnished
with a table and chairs to enable dinner al fresco.
