We are located in Agate/Carnelian bay between Kings Beach and Tahoe
City, two blocks up from highway 28 in a great neighborhood. We are
close to nearby shopping (5 min. to Safeway) and some awesome
restaurants; Old Post Office (wonderful breakfasts), CB’s pizza (dine
in or take out), Garwood’s (fine dining), and Blue Agave (great
Mexican food). North Shore Casinos are close by if you feel the urge
to make a donation!

All North Shore Ski resorts are nearby….skiing/snowboarding/snow
tubing! Also close by (National ave. in Tahoe Vista) is an awesome
groomed snow play area for the kids (fun for adults too)!

As previously stated our home is 4 bedrooms and two baths. The two
downstairs bedrooms have new queen size beds (one has TV). New bath
with tub/shower. Downstairs open plan living room with new couch,
loveseat, chair and a half, and leather chair. Front wall of the two
story living room is all windows and it’s so relaxing to sit around
the wood burning Swedish fire place (wood included) and watch the snow
fall. Full galley kitchen with new appliances, dining table for 8.
Laundry/mud room with sink is located off of the foyer and is handy to
remove wet clothes/boots etc.

The two upstairs bedrooms have new full size beds. New bath with
tub/shower. TV area with Cable TV, DVD, VCR, comfy new couch and
loveseat. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably and is ideal for 4 couples.
