All rates are based on 2 people occupancy and include FL taxes & electric. Not included in the rental amount is a one time, end of rental cleaning fee of US.$ 100.00 Your deposit for your rental period is US.$ 250.00 per wk. booked; this amount is due to be received within 5 days of your confirmed rental period. The remaining balance in full is due and must be received by us 60 days prior to commencement of your rental period.
