Amenities

fully furnished. There is no internet service, but the Melbourne
Beach Library has access for you. Pretty much everything else you
need to enjoy your vacation. Including tennis rackets, some fishing
equipment and poles, etc.

Attractions

Shopping and boardwalk near by. Cocoa Beach straight up AlA.
Sebastian Inlet approximately 8 miles south. Lots of shopping in old
downtown Melbourne.Disney cruises, Disney Theme Parks approximately
70
miles west.

Rates

2600 to 3000 a month rent. $300 security deposit which will be returned if you leave the villa as it was received. Florida tax. and a $50 fee for the management/overseer of the villa.
