community ,access to the main interstate 4 is a three minute drive
away and just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.Champions Gate golf
complex with two 18 hole golf courses, Publix supermarket and
several restaurants (all of them will deliver to our villa) are
located just two minutes drive from the villa.Sea World is a twenty
minute drive and international drive/Universal Studios are 35
minutes away.

Waterside Villa is located at Bridgewater Crossing in the
increasingly more popular city of Davenport, a beautiful upscale
community nestled among 165 acres of protected nature reserve,5
minutes from US27,and 10 minutes from Highway 192.Why not walk
around Lake Madison, or take the kids to the childrens play area,
for the older children there are tennis courts, volleyball courts
and a communal swimming pool to enjoy with new found friends.

Bridgewater Crossing has easy access to Walt Disney World which is 8
miles away, lots of residents actually work in Disney, and Universal
Studios/ International Drive only 20 minutes. Two Greg Norman
