Very nice home only 1 minute to Diamond Peak Ski Resort and 5
minutes from Lake Tahoe and Hyatt Hotel. Has two decks, two TVs,
VCR, DVD player, washer, dryer, trash compactor, gas stove,
barbecue, high end fireplace, jetted tub in master bath. No pets or
smoking as owner has asthma.

Attractions

Home is on the downslope, so children can slide and play right
outside the door.

Rates

$175 per night but during Christmas holidays, rate is increased to $250 per night. We also charge $125 housekeeping fee and $300 security deposit which is fully refunded when housekeeper gives the A-OK.
