Tastefully restored maintaining the original wood beams, high
ceilings and characteristic Catalan brick work, the flat offers cosy,
modern comfort and real Spanish charm. The 35m2 consists of open plan
equipped kitchen, sunny reception room with breakfast bar and
balcony, inviting double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and
bathroom. Very central, but quiet!
Just left at the bottom of the Rambla, you find this dynamic
neighbourhood of the Raval, this being it´s original medieval name
referring to the part of the city outside the walls. It is just 5
minutes walk from the Rambla and the sea, and 2 minutes from the
nearest metro. Now one Barcelona´s liveliest hot spots during the day
and the evening, here visitors can enjoy among other sights Gaudi´s
Palau Güell, a real Modernista landmark, the giant MACBA - the
impressive Contemporary Art Museum, it´s own bustling Sunday market
and a host of multicultural restaurants and cool bars. It really is
one of the most interesting places to stay.
