2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo nestled in a wooded, tropical setting on the
shores of Lake Monroe/St. John's River. The unit is fully equipped,
including washer/dryer, cable TV, computer with internet access, and
digital phone with unlimited local and national calling including
calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. The unit sleeps 5.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest
bedroom and a sofa in the living room that can be used for a 5th bed. All linens,
towels, pots, pans, silverware, etc. are provided. All you'll need is
your suitcase. Rental rate does not include State and local tax that is .125% of the rental

The complex has two tennis courts, a heated resort type swimming
pool, a 5.7 mile long hiking/biking trail, boat parking and a boat ramp. The complex
is located in Enterprise/Deltona just off Exit 108 on I-4. The area
around the complex is undeveloped and still forested with stately
Florida oaks drapped in spanish moss, palms, and lush tropical
growth. In contrast to the tropical forested atmosphere there is a
shopping mall with a major supermarket within walking distance and
major indoor and strip mall shopping and restaurants within 5 miles.
In Sanford, just across the river, there is a large marina with daily
lunch, dinner and ecology cruises on the St. John's River.

If you don't want to spend all your time at the theme parks in
Orlando this condo would be a great choice. It is located midway
between Orlando and the Beaches (Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach,
etc.) It is approximately 30 miles to the beach going east or 30
miles to Orlando going west on I-4. You can reach the Daytona Beach
Speedway or the Beach in 30 minutes. Downtown Disney, Universal
Studios, etc. are only 30-40 minute drive on I-4.

Nearby Airports include Daytona Beach International Airport,
Sanford/Orlando International Airport and Orlando International

There are many public access golf courses to choose from in the
area. St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center are also nearby and
slightly over an hours drive from the condo..



The Beaches (Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona
Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet) all 30-45 minutes away. Theme Parks -
Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure,
Sea World, the Magic Kingdom all 40-60 minutes away. St. Augustine,
the oldest city in the U.S. founded in 1645 by Spain an hour's
drive. Port Canaveral for cruise ships and the Kennedy Space Center
about an hours drive. Blue Springs State Park is 15 minutes away where you can
view alligators, manatees, various fish species and wildlife in a
crystal clear, spring fed tributary to the St. John's River. Blue Springs also has a swimming/
tubing area, canoe rentals and St John's River eco tours. Public access golf courses are nearby
including the beautiful Victoria Park Course and Club House.



Low season weekly rate (April-May, September-November) is $550 per week or $1500 per month plus tax. High season summer weekly rate (June-August) is $600 per week or $1600 per month plus tax. High Season Winter rental rate is $2,000 per month (DEC-MAR). December weekly rate is $600. Rentals during January-March are monthly only, *first of the month to the end of the month.) January-March rate is $2,000 per month. The State of Florida charges a 6.5% sales tax and the County of Volusia a 6% Tourist Development Tax. There are no other charges. A $100 refundable reservation deposit is required for weekly rentals. A $500 refundable reservation deposit is required for monthly rentals. It is recommended you make reservations well in advance of high season months to ensure availability.
