     Description 


Available beginning December 10 for nightly and weekly
rentals for '07/08 ski season. Contact owner for arrangements other
than those specifically provided.

The condominium is located within the Village of Park City, Utah; in
Prospector Square on the Park City Shuttle route with stops at all
Park City ski areas and historic Main Street every 15 minutes. The
Park City shuttle stop is just outside the complex, one does not
need a vehicle when staying here.

Close to all the action of Park City. We are less than 1 mile from
Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort; less than 4 miles
from The Canyons Resort. We are less than 10 minutes from Olympic
Park (Nordic Ski Jumps and Bobsled/Luge/Aerial Training facilities),
outlet malls, and walking distance to restaurants and historic Main
Street Park City.

The condo sleeps up to 5 people. There is no sleeper sofa in order
to accommodate Ty Loyola (local Park City furniture artisan) hand
crafted custom furnishings and to improve guest comfort. A new fold-
up day bed is provided in the closet of Bedroom #2, if required for
guest use.

A jacuzzi spa is available in the complex common area, and
underground private parking is available for use by New Claim
guests.



 

     Amenities 


Condo has 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped Kitchen (all new
stainless appliances) and Dining areas w/ Breakfast bar. Full
laundry facilities, packaged central heat and air conditioning, gas
fireplace, and balcony.

Entertainment Center in Living Room is equipped with flat screen
CATV/DVD/VHS/CD players. The Master Bedroom also contains a TV with
full cable access. Building internet access is expected to be in-
place for the ski season.

Living/Dining areas and Bedrooms completely renovated and
refurnished recently. All new stone (Raja India slate) flooring and
plush carpeting with old-growth western cedar fireplace accents.

Bathrooms completely renovated Fall - new red granite shower
basin, tub, travertine shower and tub enclosures, natural hickory
finish vanities with capri limestone vanity tops w/ undermounted
bowls, brushed nickel finishes on all shower/tub/vanity hardware and
accessories.

Kitchen cabinets and countertops are scheduled to be remodeled in
Fall.

Ty Loyola (local Park City furniture artisan) hand-crafted living
room furniture and leather seatings. Condo is well stocked with
games, books, and puzzles for the young and young-at-heart! Antique
sporting goods appointments thoughout.

The condo has an outdoor balcony that overlooks Chatham Hills, and
is equipped with a new wrought iron bistro set for those wonderful
breakfasts in the sparkling Utah sunrise!

A custom ski and snowboard rack is provided within entry corridor
for guest use. No tuning of ski or snowboard equipment is allowed
within the premises.

In-complex hot tub generally opens in early December.

No Smoking within New Claim Condominiums or common areas, our New
Claim unit or the balcony. Utah State Law and Owner Requirement.
This is the owners' home-away-from-home and we do not smoke!



 

     Attractions 


Park City, Utah is a year-round destination and home to two of the
top 10 ranked ski areas in the United States; Deer Valley Resort
(#1) and Park City Mountain Resort (#6); and is located 36 miles
from Salt Lake International Airport.

The condominium is located within the Village of Park City, Utah; in
Prospector Square on the Park City Shuttle route with stops at all
Park City ski areas and historic Main Street, every 15 minutes. We
are less than 1 mile from Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain
Resort; less than 4 miles from The Canyons Resort.

We are located less than 10 minutes from Olympic Park (Nordic Ski
Jumps and Bobsled/Luge/Aerial Training facilities), the outlet
malls, and walking distance to restaurants and historic Main Street,
Park City.

Championship and public golf courses are nearby and provide seasonal
usage for Nordic skiing. Access to the Park City Rail Trail is
provided across the street from the New Claim complex for hiking,
biking, and in-line skating. Ski resort summertime activities
include lift-accessed mountain biking/hiking, Alpine Slides,
Horseback riding, and Zip Riders. The ski areas host festivals and
weekly concerts in the summer. Water sports and trophy fly fishing
are easily and quickly accessed at nearby reservoirs and streams.
Hot air ballooning and hang gliding are also very popular summertime
activities.

Rates: Subject to change prior to 12/10 but will be honored for reservations paid in full before this date. Dec 10 thu Dec 21 - $159.00/night, 3 night minimum Xmas/New Years Dec 22 thru Jan 2 - $379.00/night, 6 night minimum Jan 3 thru Jan 16 - $199.00/night, 4 night minimum Sundance Film Festival: Thurs Jan. 17 to Sunday Jan. 27 - $429.00/night 5 night minimum Jan 28 thru Feb 13 - $199.00/night, 4 night minimum Valentines Day thru Presidents Day Weekend: Feb 14 thru Feb 25 - $259.00/night, 4 night minimum Feb 26 thru Mar 21 - $199.00/night, 4 night minimum Easter Weekend Mar 22 thru Mar 24 - $259.00/night Mar 25 thru End of Season - 159.00/night Terms: 50% down on Reservation request via credit card. Reservation clearance. Balance due within 30 days of occupancy. Security deposit, refundable, equal to 1 night accomodation with Balance. In the event of cancellation, full refund will be made when same period is re-booked less $25.00 cancellation fee.
