Historic barn two blocks from downtown Langley completely rebuilt into a
stylish, open floor plan residence. Hardwood floors throughout the main
floor. Ceilings in main room are at least 18' feet high. Large main
room opens through lovely french doors to large patio including dining
table to enjoy outdoor living. Concrete counter tops and high quality
stainless steel appliances (including Bosch dishwasher) for the
vacationing cook. Cozy propane fireplace set in a modern, concrete
wall. Sparse and tasteful furniture including an iron sofa loaded with
pillows. Beautiful gardens. The master bedroom has a balcony that has
a peek-a-boo view of Camano Island, Mt. Baker, and Puget Sound. No pets
please.

Rates

Summer: June 1 - September 30 $1,350 per week, $225 per night, $5000 per month. Two night minimum. Winter:¬† October 1 - May 31 $1,000 per week, $170 per night, $3,700 per month. Any stay under 30 days is taxed at 10.3%. Two night minimum. Security deposit: $1000 (US)/monthly rental; $400 (US)/weekly rental; $200 (US)/nightly rental. A security deposit is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check or postal money order for the security deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. Upon your arrival, the security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be mailed to you within ten (10) days of your departure. • No damage is done to the home or its contents. • No linens or household items are missing. • No early check-in or late checkout. • House has not been smoked in. If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your security deposit will be returned. If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit 50% of your security deposit. If you cancel and have already paid for your stay, we will refund your payment for lodging. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
