sits 6-8, TV/DVD room, 3 baths, laundry, jetted soaking tub, BBQ,
fire pit and is steps away from beautiful tidelands with a wide
variety of wildlife. Eagles nest nearby. Marina with boat launch one
mile away. Shellfish abundantly available from this private beach.

Rates

$225 a night (2 night min.) $1,500 a week Plus sales tax and lodging tax Winter rates begin Oct.1 $200 a night Reservations can be made over the phone or via email and confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total rent due within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance of the total rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, we will provide a complete refund of all payments made, less a $25 administrative fee and if the cancellation is 30 days before your arrival. Less than 30 days and the deposit will not be refunded unless the canceled rental period can be rebooked in which case a 10% service fee is charged.
