This home ski leases from Jan. 5- May 5 for $1200/mo plus utilities
and deposit.
Cozy cottage offers some lakeviews and a tranquil setting. River
rock fireplace in the living room to warm up on those cold Tahoe
nights. Kitchen and dining room located off the living room, no
dishwasher. Hot tub is located outside on the sunny large deck.
Second bedroom is a detached cottage behind main home. A great spot
to vacation year round. In the winter 4-wheel drive is required to
access the house.

country skiing, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, parasailing,
wind surfing, and sailing.

Winter/Summer- $175.00 night Holiday- $225.00 night. Holidays have a minimum night stays - please call Off Season - $145.00 night A 10% tax, $85 departure cleaning fee, and $300 refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate.
