This ia our 4 bedroom private villa with private pool in a quiet sub
division on a cul de sac.

The house is located just off route 192 where you will find all of
your restaurants,shops,markets and all of the other attractions
Kissimmee has to offer.

Your private pool has a patio area with a gas grill,the doors to the
pool are alarmed to help keep an eye on the kids.We can arrange pool
heat for you if you need (extra charge)

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and
seats 4.

The luandry room has a washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and looks out to the pool
area .The master bath has a garden tub,glased in shower and a walk
in closet.

Bedroom#2 has a queen size bed and walk in closet.
Bedroom#3 has a full size bed and walk in closet.
Bedroom#4 The Mickey Mouse Room has 2 twin size beds and a walk in
closet.

All rooms have cable tv.

The great room has a entertainment center with a 32in tv with
dvd/vcr and there is cd player.The sofa pulls out to a queen size
bed.

The Dinning room is decorated beautifully and seats up tp 6.

If you are traveling with baby we have a stroller,high chair and a
port a crib with bedding.

We also have a management company that takes care of our home and
they are just a phone call away to help you should you need anything.

So we think we did our home work to make sure that your stay in our
home is as pleasant and Fun as possible.
