We have 3200 sqft main house and a detached guest house available
for vacation rentals. The property is centrally and conveniently
located in Los Angeles right between Hollywood and Beverly Hills
area (about
a mile or two).

The main house has 2 king bedrooms (can be converted into 2 twins),
3 queen bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bath, an enclosed 800 sqft deck,
beautiful large living room, dining room with 8 seater dining table,
and laundry facility. The house has wooden and tiled floors
throughout. There is also a staffed park in front of the house with
basketball, tennis courts, jungle gym, and grass area with matured
trees.

The guest house can be rented together or separately from the main
house. It is a cute 400-sqft place with private kitchen, bathroom,
and a king and double size beds. Ideal for a small family or a
couple!

Note: Number of bedrooms and bathroom of 6 bedrooms and 4 bath
includes the guest house. The main house has 5 bedrooms (6th bedroom
may be available upon request) and 3 and
1/2 bath. The guest house is a studio with private bath and kitchen
(400 sqft).

The security Deposit shall be returned.
