     Description 


This beautiful vacation villa is totally equipped with everything
you need to be comfortable. It is furnished in a country style.
Professionally decorated. I don't have a web site yet, but I will be
happy to send you picturers of the inside. You have access to
fishing, golfing, water skiing, shipping, restaurants, scuba,
snorkling, horse back riding, live entertainment, boating, and ocean
bathing, and theme parks.You will enjoy your stay with us, I can
guarantee you that.



 

     Amenities 

There is a monthly fee of condo dues that the homeowner pays that
varies from $50- $75 .Thre are only 10 villas all in a circle where
the pool is in the center of the villas.This is a very private place
and it is gated and has a wall around all of the villas. Nice and
quiet and private.



 

     Attractions 

You are not far from the beautiful beach of Gucco. About a 5 minute
drive. There is a city buss that comes near by that can take you
shopping, and you may hire a personal driver to take you around the
Island when ever you wish. Ask me for information regarding this.



 

     Rates 

 


We charge $50 a day. $500 a week, or $2,500 a month.  Ask for yearly 
rates.We have TV DVD. air conditioning, and maid service if 
requested. The fee is only $10 a day for that service.
 

     Home Exchange 

We would like to exchange our home for yours if it is somewhere out
of the US. We are game to try anywhere. Just let us know where it
is at and we will let you know..We love to travel.You are welcome to
bring your pet. We have none, but you and your pet are welcome in
our home.



 

     For Sale 

We would be willing to sell our property to you or exchange it for
your property. We would sell it for $60,000 with everything inside
the house. The furniture is quite new and very well made. All the
furniture is hand made by the best handcrafters on the Island.
