We chose this house because of its high quality build, above average
accommodation, and because it is South facing. We wanted this because
we also use it a lot, as well as renting out.

There are 2 Master Bedrooms, because very often 2 families share, and
mums and dads would both like the best bedroom, but defer to their
friends. Here they both get a Master Bedroom, each with en-suite
bathroom and w/c. There are 2 twin bedded rooms, for the kids (or
Grandparents) There’s a 3rd bathroom/toilet for these two rooms,
which also serves as a pool room.

There’s a spacious lounge, which is open plan with the superbly
equipped kitchen, and breakfast nook. Cable TV, DVD and a
Playstation, for Dad, are all included. If there are 10 in the party,
one of the sofas opens out into a Queensize bed.

The fridge/freezer has a chilled water dispenser, and an ice maker
(you’ll need plenty for the Pina Coladas) there’s a short cycle
washing machine and tumble dryer, so keep the suitcases light.
There’s plenty of bed linen and towels, in fact we can’t think of
anything we haven’t provided.

The 6 seater formal dining room opens off the lounge.

If you have children we can obtain a high chair and a crib from the
same place we rent from when we are there, for the same price we pay.

Outside there’s a partially shaded patio area, and a larger than
average pool and spa. We've provided a security fence to keep the
children away from the pool, when an adult is not on hand to
supervise. This area is ideal for alfresco dining and barbeques,
which, with underwater lighting, provide the perfect ambience, and,
being South facing, they get the sun all day long. In cooler weather
the pool and spa can be heated (up to 90 degrees if needed) Both
Master Bedrooms have sliding patio doors that open directly onto the
pool deck, as does the lounge. No excuse then for not rolling out of
bed, straight into the pool on those balmy Florida mornings.

There's a free telephone for local and incoming calls.

The villa is fully air conditioned, but ceiling fans in every room,
and on the covered patio, add to the Florida ambience.
