style located beyond the romantic Arno River in the lesser known
district of San Frediano, near the famous “Carmine Church”. This
part of Florence is, no doubt, authentic! Home of the most important
antique stores of the city, it’s about 10 minutes walking distance
from the Central train station of Santa Maria Novella.
Our apartment is on the first floor of a historic house overlooking
a typical and lively road with many stores, restaurants, cafés and
wine bars. There is no lift in the building.

Completely and tastefully restored recently with terracotta floors,
wooden beams and cast iron, the apartment includes an entrance hall,
a cosy and large living room with a sofa-bed, a fully-equipped
kitchen, a loft with a kingsize bed and a private bathroom with
shower. It can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests.
