Our privately owned home is a luxuriously furnished, spacious fully
air-conditioned 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa which can accomodate 10
people plus infant. There is plenty of space to easily accomodate 2
families as the property boast's 2 master suites.

There is an open plan lounge/dinning area with 3 seatr sofa which
converts to a kingsized bed, 2 seater sofa plus armchair. Large
cable T.V. with DVD?VCR?CD player, coffee and end tables.
The dinning area has a large glass table and seating for 6.

The master bedrooms have king sized beds, cable T.V.'s and are en-
suite. Bedroom 1 has a garden bath and over bath shower. Bedroom 2
has a double width walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 are twins with
TV's and playstation 2 they share the other bathroom which has a
bath and over bath shower.

The kitchen is fuuly eqipped with every modern convenience. There is
a laundry room with large washing machine with a seperate dryer,
iron and ironing board.

The games room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Foosball
and Electronic darts.

The pool area is a fully screened southwest facing private 15 foot
by 30 foot heated pool. There is a covered Lania which offers shade
from the Florida sunshine and has a large table and 6 luxury padded
chairs to enjoy dinning alfresco. Luxury padded sun loungers are
proivded and placed on the pool deck.

Mission Park is situated on Highway 27 just a short drive of 8
minutes(using the new western beltway)to DISNEY WORLD.There is a
super Wal-mart with in 2 miles of the villa and the 192 with its
many shops and resturants are within a 5 minute drive.
