Description

Our villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom property which has a
lovely private pool deck overlooking a wooded conservation area. The
pool is larger than average and the south facing deck offers maximum
sunshine all the year round. The covered lanai is lovely if you
prefer shade, with plenty of chairs and loungers.

The villa sleeps 8/10 plus a baby in the cot we provide.There are 4
bedrooms - 2 Queen sized rooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin
rooms sharing a third bathroom. All rooms have cable TV.

The spacious, luxury living area has plenty of seating - a large
screen TV with DVD and VCR plus Hi Fi unit for those musical moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and includes
dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave etc etc.

We have a games room ideal for children and adults - it includes a
pool/air hockey table, foosball, electronic darts, golf and several
board games.

Amenities

bCumbrian Lakes/b is a new, delightful, gated community with
walks, lakes, lots of birds and other wildlife and its own childrens
play area. It is quiet and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from a host
of restaurants and shops. It is a wonderful location with everything
to make your holiday special.

It is under 5 mins from the busy 192 area offering all the shops and
restaurants you could possible need, but seems a millions miles away
once you enter Cumbrian Lakes itself
