short miles to Disney and has amenities galore!

clubhouse features a private cinema with regular showings of popular
family favorites, pool tables, ping pong tables, video games, sundry
shop and elaborate fitness center. There is also an enormous Castle
themed playground and picnic area as well as outdoor tennis,
basketball and volleyball courts.

This first floor condo is fully furnished and has a full kitchen,
living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, screened porch, a master
bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, a bedroom with twin beds, a
second bathroom with a tub and shower as well as a washer/dryer in the
unit.

Stay connected with cable TV, a DVD player, high speed Internet and
free long distance in the US and Canada. The condo is a short walk to
the clubhouse and pool where all the amenities are free to the guests.

There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, shops, golf courses

Rates: Value: $75 nightly Regular: $90 nightly Peak: $105 nightly Holiday:$115 nightly Add 13% Florida tax Cleaning fee of $65 applies to all stays less than 7 nights. Payment Information: Deposit of $200 is due to reserve your dates. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel 31 days or more prior to arrival you will receive all money paid, less a $50 dollar administrative fee. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival you will receive any money paid, less your initial $200 deposit. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival date no refunds will be made.
