Description

This beautiful island property is WATER ACCESS ONLY with no boat
supplied. The cottage is rustic with three bedrooms - one with a
queen size bed, one with a double and the third with bunk beds.
There is also a single pullout in the livingroom allowing for an
additional person. Acorn fireplace for ambiance as well as baseboard
heaters if the need arises. Washer and dryer available. Pillows and
blankets are provided. Renter must supply their own sheets,
pillowcases and towels. Bottled water is recommended for drinking.

Amenities

This cottage has NO TELEPHONE CONNECTION but cell phones do
work.Satelite TV is provided. You will have the use of a washer and
dryer. There is a covered boat port for docking the boat as well as a
large swim/sun dock. Barbecue and propane provided.

Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker
and toaster oven as well as necessary dishes and cutlery.

Attractions

This property allows access to the chain of three lakes, Muskoka,
Rosseau and Joseph. The possibilities are endless for touring the
lake and visiting restaurants and shops in Gravenhurst, Bala,
Bracebridge, Port Carling and beyond. Steamship HMS Segwin and the
Wenonah II sail by on a regular basis. A Farmers market is held in
Muskoka Bay every Wednesday morning during the summer.Also in
Bracebride in July the Muskoka Arts and Crafts have a 3 day ART IN
THE PARK exhibit and sale.

Rates

$1400 per week. A 50% reservation deposit is required to hold. At check in the balance of the rent is required. In addition a security deposit of $500 is required which will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is in order. MINIMUM RENTAL - ONE WEEK .
