A first class Pool Home of distinction that allows our guests to reap
the reward of staying with us. On first entering our small community
you will notice that we have a sidewalk around the entire community,
so why not enjoy a few balmy evening walks.

Once at this Non-Smoking Pool Home you will enter into the tiled
entrance, to your left is a large dining room followed by the kitchen
and to your right is the laundry room and the downstairs half
bathroom.
Directly in front of you is our large family/living room with
magnificent views over Pinewood Lake. On your right is the large
master bedroom with walk-in closet and then the master bathroom. The
pool area consists of a luxury maintained pool with spa and a covered
lanai. After arriving upstairs you are greeted by 2 double bedrooms,
3 twin bedrooms and the remaining 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have
built-in wardrobes.

You are within a short drive to the Disney theme parks and the main
shopping areas or if you prefer peace and quiet just relax in the pool
and enjoy a drink. If you would like to play golf in Florida's many
courses, you are close to many including the prestigious Champions
Gate, if you would like a lesson then why not try The David Ledbetter
School of Golf located at Champions Gate.

You could choose any villa for your vacation but why put up with the
hassle, stay with us and have the best of both worlds!
