The spacious and sunny family room which is furnished to a very
high standard, overlooks the pool through large patio doors, and has
ample seating with a queen sleeper sofa and another 2 sofas in
designer-matched fabrics; and a 2nd floor gallery above offering an
open and airy aspect to the whole villa. Large-screen cable TV
(remote), DVD player with numerous movies (remote) (suitable for
both adults and young children), CD stereo system (remote) with a
large selection of CD’s to suit all tastes, and a PlayStation 2 with
numerous games. There are many board games and loads of books, which
are all added to on a regular basis. Triple-opening patio doors lead
out to the large Lanai and Pool. Additionally, we have just added
HIGH-SPEED Internet access for your free use.

The whole villa is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED throughout and also has the
added benefit of ceiling fans.

The 2 sumptuous master bedrooms both have Kingsize beds,
dressers, night-stands, side lamps, cable TVs, phones, clock-radios
and ceiling fans. Both of these Masters have huge en-suite bathrooms
each with large shower cubicles, large baths, his & hers vanity
units, private wc’s, walk-in wardrobes, and wall-mounted hair
dryers. One of the master bedrooms has its own balcony overlooking
the lake (wonderful for that morning coffee or that night-cap, and
so peaceful).The other master bedroom has its own direct access
to the pool (just wake up and slip in, or lay in the pool and watch
the wonderful sunsets). There are 3 more bedrooms, two of these have
a pair of twin beds in each (and share a full bathroom), the third
bedroom has a twin bed and bunk beds (and has its own full
bathroom). There is also a queen-size sofa bed.

The excellent kitchen comes with every convenience you could wish
for. A very large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, a full-size
electric cooker, microwave, toaster, food blender, coffee maker,
electric can-opener, waste-disposal unit, vegetable spray, filter
fan and dishwasher. All the quality crockery and cutlery you could
want, a large selection of saucepans, frying pans, bowls and jugs,
tea towels, dishcloths, hand towels, knife-block with good knives -
a real dream kitchen. The breakfast bar complete with stools makes a
great place for casual eating. There is also a breakfast nook and a
formal dining room.

The laundry room is fully equipped with large American-style
appliances. The washing machine and tumble dryer take very large
loads. There is an ironing board and steam iron.

The owners have included FREE OF CHARGE, 2 top-of-the-range
Strollers, 2 High Chairs, Full-size Cot, and 2 Fold-away Cribs (Pak
& Play). There is also a full-size Barbecue included.

The large swimming pool is south-west facing. There is a very
large Lanai with ceiling fan, and is just perfect for sitting to
watch the breath-taking sunsets over the lake or watch the wildlife
(so many birds) - so relaxing especially after a long day at Disney
(and that drive home is only minutes). The pool deck is large
with a good selection of quality chairs and loungers. A table for
that poolside drink or take-away, and a couple of smaller tables for
your drinks whilst lazing on your lounger. There is a good selection
of quality safety wine glasses and tumblers for poolside use, and
huge Pool Towels, to use round the pool or when you visit any of the
many water parks.

These very high standards of finish, décor and attention to detail
you will find throughout this villa. The owners are constantly
