Nah Ha 602 is one of Cozumel's most prestigious oceanfront
residential addresses and is home to sixteen luxurious oceanfront
tower residences. Located on the quiet streets and calm waters of
the North Shore of Cozumel, Nah Ha is just minutes from downtown San

This American owned sixth floor, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo was
completed in July of 2006 and measures over 2500 square feet. It is
among one of the largest condo residences ever built in Cozumel. It
has the best of everything and offers the finest features and
amenities to a privileged few.

Nah Ha Unit 602 offers you luxurious accommodations with incredible
ocean views. Spend time at the beautiful infinity pool, relax in the
outdoor Jacuzzi or take advantage of the world class snorkeling at
your doorstep. The possibilities are endless.

Architect and artist owned, no expense has been spared in decorating
this private residence. It is designed to provide you with maximum
comfort in each room. A professional interior designer was used and
much of the furniture was custom made or imported specifically for
the unit..

The spacious kitchen is state-of-the-art. Rich maple cabinetry,
granite counter-tops and stainless appliances all blend for a truly
magnificent work place. It is fully equipped with a side by side
refrigerator, 4 burner range top, full oven, microwave, toaster,
blender, and programmable air pot style coffee maker.

While the building provides a secondary water purification system,
the refrigerator houses a unique, pump operated bottled water
dispenser that provides purified water and ice. There is even a
breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise
above the jungle to the east!

The oceanfront living room/dining room has access to a large, private
12x31 balcony with a view of the town of San Miguel, the mainland and
unbelievable sunsets. It is the perfect spot to kick back with a
margarita and just enjoy the sounds of the ocean and watch the cruise
ships pass by. The balcony comes complete with a breakfast table with
seating for four as well as two chaise lounges for watching the
glorious sunsets. When you "tire" of the view, you can go on in and
relax in the beautifully decorated living room. It is furnished with
a comfortable couch, loveseat, two stuffed chairs and three glass top
coffee tables.

For your entertainment, there is a custom made television cabinet
complete with satellite television, DVD, VCR, MP3/CD/AM/FM
stereo. A small collection of VCR tapes and DVD’s are provided for
those lazy stay-at-home days. Original artwork completes the
ambiance of the room. The adjoining custom made dining area table
and chairs comfortably seat eight guests.

All three master bedrooms have views of the ocean. Each bedroom is
decorated with themed original art work from local artists.
Masterbedrooms #1 and #2 are direct oceanfront and each have king
sized beds, satellite television, and DVD player. These two bedrooms
have private baths complete with granite counter-tops, full width
mirrors, large tile soaking tubs, and large walk in closets with
safes. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. Bedroom #1 has
direct access to the balcony. The third masterbedroom has an ocean
view and has two twin beds that can also be made up as a king size.
It also has a roll-away bed that is suitable for a teenager.
It has its own private bath complete with walk-in closet, granite
counter-tops, full width mirrors and a large tile walk- in shower.

The unit is handicapped accessible with paved parking, outside
ramps, elevator access and wide doors. (While there are no grab bars
in the bathrooms, the tubs have wide seating areas along the top edge
for transfer. Showers are roll-in.)

World-class snorkeling and diving is at your doorstep. We also have
an outdoor, ground floor secure storage unit for dive bikes and
gear. A full size washer-dryer is also in the unit.

We also supply the "small" things we tend to forget about but really
need. There are frosty beer mugs in the freezer, several sizes of
coolers for pool use, ice packs to keep your drinks cold, cozies, and
stadium cups and travel coffee mugs for those long relaxing walks In
our home you will find a binder full of restaurant and beach reviews,
shopping and island information, maps and discuount coupons to many
of the island's top restuarants and attractions. We also participate
in a "book exchange" program with a very good collection of books.
Bring a few books to read, leave them and take a few with you.

This property is professionally managed by bi-lingual property
managers. They are available to fulfill your needs and act
as your concierge for any services you may require including dive
and fishing trips, rental cars, mainland expeditions, and cook
services. Maid and linen service is provided. (Beach towels are not

chocked full of restaurant and beach reviews, shopping and site-
seeing tips, useful Spanish phrases, maps and discount coupons to
numerous places around the island. We update this book every few
months. Knowing that our own opinion isn’t enough, we also provide
space for you to write your own restaurant and island reviews.

Rental Rates: • May 1-Dec 17, 202100-$225/night for 2 people, each additional person is $25/night up to a total of 7 people. • Jan 1-Apr 30-$250/night for 2 people, each additional person is $25/night up to a total of 7 people. • Thanksgiving Week-$350/night up to 7 people. • Christmas Week/New Year's Week $449/night (up to 7 people.) Call for special rates if we have a partial week available on our availibility calendar. We offer a 20% discount for "orphan days" that are generally 4-5 days in length. • 12% local taxes are additional. • 50% payment (plus tax) to reserve the dates. Balance due 45 days prior to reservation start. Enjoy our little piece of paradise for about what you would pay for a mid-priced hotel room with half the amenities. Due to the level of furnishings, we have the following restrictions: o This is a non-smoking unit. o The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. o No “primary renters” under age 30 or children under 12 years old.
