Head. Large Walk-In Closet with plenty of space for storage and cedar
hangers for your clothes.

For the little guests, we offer 2 Pack & Play Portable Cribs with all
sheets and blankets & a High Chair/Booster Seat.

Bedrooms two and three,located upstairs also offer luxurious queen
pillow top mattress Beds with quality bedding. Fourth bedroom/Office,
located upstairs is furnished with a Queen Size Futon with Coiled
Spring Mattress (very comfortable), desk,chair, fax machine,
printer, scanner, 22" Flat Screen LCD HD Television (no cable tv
connected), VCR/DVD Player, We also have a Queen size inflatable
mattress (very comfortable coming from someone with major back
problems) with extra pillows, sheets and blankets that fits perfectly
in the very large Master Bedroom Walk In Closet for added privacy.

All Bedrooms offer plenty of closet space to hang your clothes
(hangers provided) and storage.

Relax in the Living Room on the leather Reclining Sofa or
Love Seat, watch the 37" Flat Screen LCD High Definition Television,
DVD/VCR Combo with various DVD's for your enjoyment. Or enjoy a
romantic evening in front of the flames from the wonderful Electric
Fireplace, with or without heat. Board & Card Games available for
those that enjoy a good challenge.

Tiled 1/2 Bath located downstairs.

Upstairs Tiled Bathroom has His & Her sinks as well and tub/shower
combination with a crescent shaped shower rod to keep that curtain
away.

An abundance of luxurious linens and towels are furnished for
bathrooms and bedrooms including Beach Towels for the Pool or Beach
outings.

For those times you want to cook in, our Kitchen offers every kitchen
gadget possible, from Blender, Cookware, Pots & Pans, all the way to
a vegetable scrub brush. Nothing has been forgotten, even all your
spices are at your fingertips. Corian Counters, Stainless Steel
Appliances and our Cherry Wood Table offers Seating for 8 with
silverware & dishes for 12.

The Indoor Laundry Room offers a front load Maytag Neptune

The home and community are equipped with High Speed Wireless
Internet, sit by the pool (seasonal) or lake with your laptop and
enjoy the wireless capabilities or plug into a LAN line in the home.
We also offer Unlimited Local Telephone calls.

Enjoy the beautiful view of the 20 Acre aqua blue Lake as you walk or
jog on the walking path around it or catch your own fresh fish, just
bring your pole and GA fishing license. (Pack & Go Chairs available
for easy carrying). Enjoy the chaise lounge chairs by the pool of the
21 Acre Water Park (seasonal - mid May through first weekend of
October) with Water Slides, Swimming Pool, Children's Pool, Lazy
River, Water Spouts, or enjoy a game of Volleyball on our sand Court
next to the Clubhouse. The community also offers two playgrounds for
the big and little kids alike. Is your preference an early sunrise or
an evening sunset? We offer table and chairs on the Front Porch to

for the convenience. If you wish to pay by personal check, we offer
the convenience of an E-Check at no additional charge. For bookings
less than 30 days before arrival, only a credit card payment will be
accepted.

Credit/Background Check may be required for stays longer than 1
month - $35 per adult processing Fee
