secluded vacation home with majestic views and sounds of the South
Fork of the Arkansas River cascading down the mountain; a get-away
for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, whitewater rafters, writers,
naturalists, or those seeking tranquility.
This mountain style vacation home was built in 2002 and has 2368
square feet. A view of a small waterfall can be seen off the rear
balconies.
Inside you are welcomed into a great room with cathedral ceilings
accented with log stairs and rails. The Waterford gas stove is the
lazy man's fireplace, keeping you warm while you relax. This open
floor plan has a completely furnished kitchen, dining and living
room. There are so many windows you feel as if you are out in the
wilderness with the wild!

Miles away. The Arkansas River, considered by many the capitol of
Colorado river rafting, is also nearby. No matter what the season,
the area is full of outdoor recreation opportunities: skiing,
snowmobiling and snowshoeing; rafting, hiking, biking, hunting,
fishing, ghost-town exploring, and just plain relaxing.
