sheltered on the scenic Siletz Bay with views of the North Bay and
the majestic Coast Range. This unique location offers a lifestyle
found few places in the world. This is a private community adjacent
to Lincoln City and minutes away from the Salishan Lodge & Golf
Course and Salishan Market Place.

KITCHEN: Jenn-Air range with a broiler grill, microwave, dishwasher,
track lighting and a view of the wildlife with birds swimming in the
lagoon.
DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM (bedroom 1): Two closets, washer/dryer in the
closet, king-sized bed, view of the bay.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS (bedrooms 2 & 3): There are two additional
bedrooms, with a double and twin bed in each room.
MASTER BEDROOM (bedroom 4): Vaulted ceilings, master bath with
shower, king-sized bed, TV with VCR player, view of the lagoon.
BATHROOMS: In addition to the full master bath in bedroom 4, there
is a full bath downstairs with tub and shower.
CARPORT: Ample parking to protect one car; numerous parking spaces
adjacent. (No campers or trailers allowed.)
SECURITY: Controlled access to Salishan with security patrolling the
area.
FISHING: Salmon run up the bay into the Siletz River.
VIEW: There are only seven lots on the deep water of Siletz Bay.
This lot is considered by many to be the finest of all bay
locations.
