10th fairway of the Westminister Golf Course. A two-car garage is
easily accessed by a remote system and affords easy entry to the
house through the utility room.

This is an almost new house with all new furniture and broadloomed
throughout. All linens are available for bed and bath and the
kithchen contains all cookware and dishes (plus dishwaser). The
utility room has a washer and dryer. Two large TVs and VCR and
local phone service for your pleasure and convenience. A large
modern community centre is just steps away where you can swim in a
heated pool, enjoy a hot tub, workout in a modern exercise room,
play pool, or lounge and read a book or watch a large screened TV.If
