     Description 


You have found the ultimate place for a wonderful, relaxing
vacation! Located in Sanibel Harbour Resort, our 1,603 square foot
luxury second floor condominium has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The
extra-large private lanai wraps around two sides of the unit and
offers beautiful views of the bay and Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
There is a breathtaking sunset every night. At dusk, watch for
manatees, dolphins and other wildlife right from the lanai. The
condo is our second home, and we want our guests to enjoy our
fabulous retreat as much as we do!



 

     Amenities 


As you walk in the door of the unit, the first thing you will see is
the gorgeous view through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors
to the lanai. You will spend many relaxing mornings on the lanai
with your coffee, and many relaxing evenings with your favorite
evening cocktail. The kitchen and living area are combined into one
large room with views all around. The kitchen was completely
remodeled in fall of 2007 and is fully equipped with all large
appliances, coffeepot, blender, toaster, dishes, and the like.
There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use. The living
area has a pull-out couch that sleeps two, a loveseat, tv, dvd, vcr,
and stereo/cd player. You will find family games and area brochures
in the coffee table. The unit has wireless high speed DSL internet
available at no extra cost.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed, private
bath, private entrance to the lanai, tv, stereo/cd player, and alarm
clock. The second bedroom has two twin beds (that can be pushed
together), tv, and alarm clock. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet
and drawer space for you to unpack your swimsuits! The guest
bedroom closet also holds an iron and ironing board, and a portable
crib. If you plan to make a day on Sanibel at the beach, you will
also find some folding chairs in the closet.

Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa offers the best of Sanibel Island
without all the congestion and traffic. Situated on a private
peninsula, the Resort is set on 100 lush, tropical acres of
unspoiled San Carlos Bay waterfront, just off the Gulf of Mexico.
The Resort has consistently received a 4-diamond rating, the highest
rating for any Southwest Florida resort facility. And, although our
owner offered rates are much less pricey, Travel & Leisure rated the
resort in the top 10 for both categories of “Continental United
States & Canada” and, “in the world” for overnight visit costs of
over $300.00. Family Circle has also chosen the resort as one of
the “top ten” in the United States. The Sanibel Harbour Resort and
Spa is the place to be!

On-site eateries range from the convenient deli, to the very casual
pool-side Pelican Snackerrie, to the elegant, award winning gourmet
restaurant, The Banyon Room. The Tarpon House offers breakfast,
lunch and dinner, all served while you are gazing out over water
fountains splashing into an oversized pool, surrounded by palm
trees, and overlooking the bay. For one of the best meals anywhere
in Southwest Florida, walk over by the tennis courts and order any
entrée at the Courtside Steakhouse. Make sure to go to the
Courtside every Wednesday night for Crab Races! You can catch your
favorite NFL, NBA, NHL or other game there anytime on one of the
many televisions.

Resort offered, on-site amenities are too numerous to mention, but
include a private beach, hot tubs, heated pools, Kids Klub, pool-
side bar, Charley’s Cabana Bar with entertainment, sports bar,
lighted tennis courts, pro-shop, jogging and nature trails, a newly
renovated 40,000 SF ultra-modern spa and fitness center (must make
use of a spa service for daily access, such as massage, facials,
manicures, etc.), fishing pier, dinner and/or sunset cruises,
Sunday Brunch cruises, daytime sight seeing excursions, boat and
kayak rentals, marine facilities, and more!



 

     Attractions 


If you are in the mood for some sight seeing off resort, you will
find any number of options all close by.

Sanibel and Captiva Islands are five minutes across the causeway.
60% of the islands are natural preserve. Sanibel offers the world’s
best shelling, 65 restaurants and over 100 shops to wander.

Downtown Fort Myers (15-20 minutes away) continues to undergo
extensive revitalization and is quickly growing into a very hip
cosmopolitan center, with its variety of people, restaurants, and
boutiques.

Fort Myers Beach, just 10 minutes away, is a bustling, small-town
resort, with T-shirt shops, boardwalk, beautiful public beach,
fishing pier, and lots of activity revolving around ocean-side bars,
restaurants, and other attractions. It’s a fun place!

Are you a golf nut? Lee and Collier counties offer 110 golf courses
of varying styles and skill levels.

condo is convenient to it all! We hope you and your family enjoy

January to April $2,000.00 May to June $1,400.00 July to October $1,000.00 November to December $1,400.00 Rates vary for holiday weeks. Please inquire. Add 11% Florida Sales Tax to rates. Reservations confirmed upon receipt of a 20% rental deposit ($300.00 minimum). Deposits are non-refundable. Rental balance must be received at least 3 weeks prior to occupancy. A $300 security deposit is required and will be refunded promptly after unit inspection.
