Highland Woods is a vacation resort in your back yard. We are a
gated community featuring a 18 hole championship golf course. It has
10 lakes and runs along a nature preserve. New greens installed in
the summer of 2006. There are 7 swimming pools, jacuzzi and 4 tenis
courts. The club house, pro shop, fitness room and community room
were all new in Oct 2005. Our unit was new in 1998. It is on the
second floor and there is an elevator. It looks west over 5 fairways
and a lake. The unit has 1232 sq ft plus lania, enterance and hall
way storage room. The storage room has extra clubs, bike, beach
chairs, cooler, rafts ect.. All the appliances are full size and
upgraded. All linnens included. There are 3 tv's, a dvd player, 2
vcr's, computer, fax, answering machine and cordless phone. You can
walk to fine dining and upscale shopping.
