This executive home was built in 2002 and is situated in the
prestigious and well established Westridge community.

Situated on highway 27, which provides convenient access to Disney
via the interstate, or via highway 192, which gives you options when
the traffic is not at its best. It also provides a quick start to
your trip to the gulf coast.

The security coded automatic gates to the community provide that
additional feeling of safety and seclusion.

The home has the luxury of one superior en-suite bedroom and a
further en-suite bedroom, each with remote controlled cable TV.

There are two twin bedded rooms, one themed for younger children.

Two separate living areas, each with cable TV and DVD, and one with a
playstation, so the kids can do their thing and leave you to do yours.



Our executive villa was built in 2002 and offers over 1900 square
feet of air-conditioned luxury, which will sleep up to 10 people in

On entering the villa there is a large formal dining and living area
with vaulted ceilings creating a great feeling of space and comfort.
This area has a dining table and chairs for 6 people, two sofas and
separate cable TV, DVD and Playstation for the kids.

Moving through the central part of the house house with its vaulted
ceilings, you pass through a spacious kitchen area into a large
family room which looks out to the pool.

The kitchen comes complete with full sized cooker, microwave,
fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. All crockery and
glasses are provided for along with other useful kitchen equipment.
Adjoining the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with stools, together
with an informal dining table for four.

There is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and
ironing board etc in the garage.

The family room has two sofas, cable TV and a DVD player, together
with a selection of books, DVDs and games for your use. There is also
access to the pool area through patio doors.

The superior master bedroom has a queen sized bed, remote controlled
cable TV, complete with spacious en-suite facilities comprising twin
vanity basins, large corner bath and a separate walk-in-shower and
toilet areas. A walk-in wardrobe area is accessed from the en-suite.

The second double bedded room has an en-suite bathroom and remote
controlled cable TV.

There are two further twin bedded rooms, one of which is 'themed' for
smaller children. These two bedrooms have use of the third bathroom,
which provides separate access to the pool area.

All bedrooms have walk-in closets and ample drawer space. Bed linens
and towels are provided although we do ask that guests bring their
own beach/pool towels.

Hairdryers can be found in the two en-suite bedrooms.

To the rear of the property is a screened heatable swimming pool
(with underwater lighting). During the winter months we do strongly
advise that the heat is turned on, and there is a pool cover provided
to keep that temperature up when you are not swimming.

The patio is equipped with furniture for your pleasure. There is also
a gas fuelled barbecue located in the garage for your convenience.

Our management company is only a few minutes away and will be more
than happy to assist you with any queries that you may have
throughout your stay.

This is refundable after your return.
